180th Event – Wessex District Sea Cadets

After the Lord Mayor James Baillie and the Right Reverend Philip Mounstephen, Bishop of Winchester, gave an address and a pray the Wessex District Sea Cadets continued to entertain visitors for around 30 minutes.
