Murder and Mayhem during the WW2 (Blitz) part 2 tells the story of Southampton citizens who lost their lives during the Blitz and later war years. On this walk these are just a few you will hear about:

How a fluttering canary gave the alarm that something was wrong when a woman died in her Northumberland Road home……….was it Murder? Or simply an accident?  

ARP warden became a hero.

Tragedy in the Civic Centre basement.  The sad story of the little girl  who was pulled alive from the rubble but later died and the caretaker who led the girls into the basement.

A life cut short, the aspiring dancer who never got a chance.
