A golden host of Daffodils.
Whilst in the Old Cemetery for Task Day, it was noted how many ‘daffodil’s there are. More then in any prior year! They look amazing, so bright and golden even on a dull day, even more so when it is sunny. Even the area where the old wild daffodils grow by Hill Lane is now a much larger area. These are just a few areas taken in the Old Cemetery where they can be viewed. Blankets or carpet of primroses are starting to also appear.

Geocachers – helping out in Old Cemetery
Today around twenty Geocachers returned to the Old Cemetery to help with the removal of ivy and bramble from some headstones. Some even travelled from as far as Cambridge to help out. They all actually love the Old Cemetery. The group remarked that can see what they done! Welcome back! and hope to see you all again very soon. Always welcome in the Old Cemetery
