First Task Day - 4th January 2020
Sunday 5th January 2020
The ‘First Task Day of 2020’ was very well attended, even saw some regular members back helping who have not been able to join the group for some time either due ill to health or other commitments….welcome back!
The weather was very kind to us and stayed dry however, the sun did not appear until it was time to pack up, but never mind at least it did not rain!
Areas worked on were around the Moon Grave and further along from Hewett’s grave, both areas now have less bramble/ivy and nettles which makes the areas look rather good and very open.
The Christmas baubles were still there but the following day they were gone……..so lovely to see them each year, whoever you are …Thank you , it’s a lovely cheery sight to see each Christmas/New Year.
To all the FoSOC members …….HAPPY NEW YEAR!
